Where does Mister Softee DFW Operate?
We will perform catering and attend parties and events anywhere in Dallas, Ellis and Tarrant Counties.
Is Mister Softee DFW available all year?
Yes, With DFW only having a month or two of cold weather, we will attend parties and events all year.
Can Mister Softee operate inside?
No, our generators are designed to operate outside.
Is there a charge to show up at our location or event?
That really depends on the location and type of event. Usually there is no cost. If you want us to stay for a prolonged period of time there may be a charge for that depending on your event.
My office building does food truck Friday, Do you charge to come to that?
As long as there is a pretty good crowd that can be guaranteed to be there, if not a minimum would apply. Please let us know where you are and who to contact.
How many calories are in a Mister Softee cone?
A vanilla ice cream and cone are around 200 calories, a little more with sprinkles. Nutrition information can be provided upon request.
How far in advance do I need to book my event?
As far in advance as possible is best. We can typically handle small events with a 24 to 48 hour notice. Larger events would require a 2 to 4 day notice.
What is your cancellation policy?
If rescheduling is not an option, and cancellation is within 10 days of the event, a refund will be issued minus a $150 fee.
How do I pay for my event if there is a fee?
We will send an invoice and you can pay the invoice online or with Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or credit card. The deposit is a 50% of the quoted fee.
